Edit a User

The following steps walk a user, with write access to the module, through editing user information in User Manager.

1. Ensure you are in the Organization/User Manager pane of the Outlook Bar. Select the user you want to edit.
2. Click the pencil icon in the Content Pane. The Is Administrator option and reset buttons (inside dashed outline) are only visible to IsAdmin type users.
All the fields can be edited, except Is Email Confirmed and Last Login Date. Click the Save button when you are finished.
NOTE: If the email address is changed, a new Set Password email will be sent to the user. The Is Email Confirmed box will remain unchecked until the user sets a password.
3. Any changes to the first or last name or the title are displayed in the Outlook Bar.
