Event Details Table

 
The Event Details table displays the resources associated with the selected event. It is accessed by clicking the icon in the Resource Cost Breakdown table.

Click the caret to collapse the bar. Each resource bar shows the type of resource, how many are applied, and the total resource cost.

Click the + icon to expand the Resource Details table for the resource.

The Resource column displays the name of the resource assigned to the event.

The Labor Category column shows the labor category of the assigned resource.

The Resource Costs Chart column shows a sparkline graph of relative monthly costs for the resource. The number of points equals the number of months in the selected time period. Gray points indicate the estimated cost is zero dollars.

For a labor resource, the Utilization column shows the number of hours assigned to the resource for the event duration. For a material resource, it shows the number of units needed for the event.

The Resource Loading Cost column shows the total cost of the resource for the selected time period and event.

The Funded Value column shows the total funding execution values associated with each resource for the event. The field is shaded red when funding has not been associated with the resource.
 
If any resource loadings are not associated to a funding execution, this column will be highlighted: If the total funded value is $0.00, this value is highlighted red. Otherwise, the column is highlighted gold to indicate that although there are some associated funding executions, there are resource loadings that are not funded, so the value is likely still an issue.

The Other Funded Costs column displays the costs of other funded resources assigned to this event. If the resource has not been funded, then Not funded is displayed.

The Remaining (Over) Allocation value is calculated using the values in the Resource Loading Cost and Other Funded Costs fields against the Funded Value field. If the value is over the allocated amount, it appears in parentheses.
 
The column is shaded red when the resource has not been funded.

The Unfunded Costs column shows the amount that has not been funded for the resource.
 
This column will be highlighted red if there are any unfunded costs.
