Multi-factor Authentication

For enhanced security, you may be required to provide additional evidence for authentication after you have logged in with your username and password.
For Architex, this is done through a mobile Authentication app (available for android, iphone, and windows phone).
If you have not associated your Architex account with an Authentication app, you will see a page with a QR code. See the Multi-factor Authentication Setup to configure MFA.
Multi-factor Authentication

1. Authenticator
Open the Authentication App on your phone, and find the Architex account identified by the data service and your username.
Enter the 6 digit code in to the Authentication Code box and click the Verify button.
If the code is incorrect, wait until it refreshes in your app and re-enter the code.
Once verified, you are taken to the welcome page.

Email Code

2. Email Code
If you don't have your mobile device, you can request the code by email.
Enter the 6 digit code provided in the email into the Authentication Code box and click the Verify button.

Reset Code

3. Reset Code
If you do not have access to the authentication app or email, you can request to have your MFA reset. An administrator will need to edit your account to remove the previous configuration.
You will then be able to follow the steps for Multi-factor Authentication Setup to re-configure your MFA.
