Request Support

 
To request Architex support, select Support Request from the Help menu after logging into Architex. All fields (except File Attachments) are mandatory.

Support Type

Select the button next to the type of your support request; only one can be chosen.

Area or Module

Check the box next to at least one applicable area or module; multiple areas can be checked.

Title

Enter a concise title for the support type.

Description

4. Description
 Enter as much information as possible to help the support team assist with your feature request or error.

Attachments

5. Attachments
Click the Attach File button to attach any screenshots or exports as needed to help with your request. Files must be less than 2 MB in size, and no more than four files can be attached.

Captcha

Enter the text shown (it is not case sensitive) in the box.

Submit

Press Submit to submit your support request.

Reset

 8. Reset
Press Reset to clear all fields.

Close

 9. Close
Press Close to exit the form without submitting it.
