Click the + icon to expand the event. If the event has children, the expanded table will be another Resource Events table. Otherwise, the Event Details table will be shown for the event.

3
3.
The Type column displays the event type: Project or Task.
4
4.
Each event has a sparkline graph of relative monthly resource costs in the Resource Costs Chart column. The number of points equals the number of months in the selected time period. Gray points indicate the estimated cost is zero dollars.
5
5.
For a labor resource, the Utilization column shows the number of hours assigned to the resource for the event duration. For a material resource, it shows the number of units used for the event.
6
6.
The Total Resource Cost column shows the total costs of the selected event.
7
7.
The Funded Value column shows the amount of any funding executions applied to the event. NOTE: The funding execution must be assigned in both the Funding tab and the Resource Loading Information window (in the Resource Loading tab).

If any resource loadings are not associated to a funding execution, this column will be highlighted: If the total funded value is $0.00, this value is highlighted red. Otherwise, the column is highlighted gold to indicate that although there are some associated funding executions, there are child loadings that are not funded, so the value is likely still an issue.
8
8.
The Other Funded Costs column displays the costs of other funded resources assigned to this event. If the resource has not been funded, then Not funded is displayed.
9
9.
For a funded project, the Remaining (Over) Allocation value is calculated using the values in the Total Resource Cost and Other Funded Costs fields against the Funded Value field. If the value is over the allocated amount, it appears in parentheses.

The column is shaded red when the resource has not been funded.
10
10.
The Unfunded Costs column displays the total costs of resources that have not been funded.

This column will be highlighted red if there are any unfunded costs.
