Restore Deleted Record

 
The following steps walk a user, with write access to the module and architecture, through restoring a deleted record in Collector.

1. With the desired architecture loaded, ensure you are in the Data Editor pane of the Outlook Bar. Select a node with at least one deleted record to restore.
 
2. In this example, Actual Property was selected from the Outlook Bar, and its records are displayed in the Content Pane.
 
3. To view the deleted records, click the Show Deleted button in the Ribbon Bar (the button turns orange when enabled). The deleted records appear in the Content Pane and are highlighted red.
 
4. There are two ways to restore a deleted record. Click the Restore button in the Restore Deleted column (you may need to scroll right to see it). You can also select the record and click the Restore button in the Ribbon Bar (shown in step 3).
 
5. With either method, a dialog window pops up to confirm the restoration. Click the OK button to confirm, or the Cancel button to not restore the record.
 
6. The record is no longer highlighted in red. It remains displayed in the Content Pane even when the Show Deleted button is clicked off.
