The Review tab of the Document context group provides the functionality to add comments and track changes in the report.

Proofing Group

1. Proofing Group
Click the Spell Check button to perform a check of all spelling in the report; ignore or change the spelling as needed in the pop-up window.

Comments Group

2. Comments Group
The New Comment button inserts a comment at the location of the cursor. The Delete button removes the currently selected comment. The Previous and Next buttons can be used to cycle through all the comments in the report. Show/Hide Comments toggles whether comments are visible in the report. Delete All removes all comments.

Tracking & Changes Group

3. Tracking & Changes Group
When the Track Changes button is enabled, all edits to the report are tracked. Use the Accept and Reject buttons to approve or disapprove the edits. The Previous and Next buttons can be used to cycle through all the edits in the report.

Protect Group

4. Protect Group
The Protect Document button allows a password to be set in order to edit the report. Editing Restrictions sets editing permissions based on users or groups.
