Session History Tab

 
The Session History tab of the Ribbon Bar contains buttons that control what is displayed in the Session History Content Pane.

Refresh Group

1. Refresh Group
Click the Refresh Session History button to reload the data.

Display Group

2. Display Group
Click the Show All Sessions button to view all sessions regardless of user hierarchy. When enabled, you will see users from other organizations (or sub-organizations); when disabled, you will only see users from your organization (or sub-organization).
 
Select By User to show user sessions, or By Organization to show organization sessions. Click the Show Groups button to separate the sessions out.

Filters Group

3. Filters Group
Use the Filters group to narrow down what is displayed in the Content Pane. The Hide Short Sessions button removes one-second sessions from the view.

Export Group

4. Export Group
Select the format to save the data in, and then click the Export button. Each Content Pane tab has different format options.
